Background
Rework Collaborative is co-founded by the duo of Niles Pyelshak, a Certified Cyber Security Professional based in the US and Uko George, a Certified Data Analytics Professional based in Nigeria, The vision was driven by a deep desire to address the issue of a growing hyper unemployment rate in Nigeria and Africa's youth population, further impounded by the outbreak of Covid-19.
Coming together to drive the Future of Jobs Africa Project, an initiative by Eureka Labs and TAG to create awareness, drive conversations, and provide training to young Africans on Emerging Technologies and Digital Entrepreneurship. The duo identified the need to not only provide young people with in-demand 4IR training and job skills, but also get them engaged in remote work with companies abroad.
